IT’S DONE!! IT’S DONE!! IT’S DONE!!

Can you tell by the excitement in my voice that I finally finished writing my book?! I’ve dancing around my house like a crazy person and I fear that I’m not about to stop anytime soon.  :)

I’ve been working my butt off to get the last of the scenes to mesh up and align accordingly. I’ve even skipped watching my favorite TV shows in order to keep my writing on track. But it has paid off because I’M DONE WRITING MY BOOK! 

Okay, okay… I’ve taken several deep breaths to calm down and come back to the computer. I’ve decided to reward myself and take a two day break from writing and then I’m going to read the whole thing while making editing notes. I don’t think I’ve read the entire book in a long time. It was definitely last year.

So, enjoy your Valentine’s Day/President’s Day weekend and I hope to give you more good news soon.  :)

Now if I only could find time to catch up on those TV shows…

Welcome to the New Year!

It’s the tenth day of January and the tenth day of the new year.

How are you holding up? Did you make any resolutions? Are you sticking to them? Have you given any of them up yet? Have you ditched some and made new ones?

I saw this really great picture posted online that I also tweeted at the beginning of the year. I think it may have been around for a while now but I think it is really fitting for people who are more connected to the internet than they are to the physical world. I added more to the list because I thought that some things were missing.
